Amongst the two laminate plank thicknesses we offer at Vista, the 12mm is superior for only when you need extra protection and an even stronger durability considering the type of abuse you expect your flooring could see. For example, floors in more water prone areas would need this extra thickness for more protection. In corporate spaces, this extra thickness would be needed for that high a footfall, and for minimising the sound travelling through the floor.
