Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales to lead and expand our presence across Bangalore. The role will focus on developing and managing a strong network of dealers, distributors, and contractors, while driving retail sales and ensuring consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales and revenue targets in assigned territories Bangalore.
• Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and contractors.
• Expand retail footprint through galleries, shop-in-shop, and project channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and target achievement.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track competitor activities.
• Ensure effective product display, branding, and promotional activities in retail outlets.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports.

Requirements:
• Graduate/MBA with 5–8 years of experience in retail/channel sales.
• Strong exposure to dealer, distributor, and contractor management (preferably in building materials, furnishings, or allied industries).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding retail networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel extensively.
