VFC-01-120 Fire Curtain
2 Hours Fire Rating · Up to 1050° Celsius
The FC 120 features a robust 1.2mm GPSP steel sheet head box, with removable cover plates for easy access to the curtain roller system. 40mm smaller or larger head boxes are available where curtain drops exceed 3m. A suitably weighted bottom bar helps prevent deflection and ensures reliable operation under gravity. The fabric has a thickness of 0.6667mm (±10%), features an 8-shaft satin weave, and is tested to withstand temperatures of up to 1050°C for 120 minutes.

VFC-02-120 Fire Curtain

The VFC Fire Curtain features a robust 1.2mm GPSP steel sheet head box designed to withstand temperatures equivalent to the curtain fabric, with removable cover plates for easy access. Larger head box sizes are available for curtain drops exceeding 3m. The 8-shaft satin weave fabric has a reinforced thickness of 0.6mm (±10%) and is tested to withstand temperatures of up to 1050°C for 120 minutes.

These specialized Fire Curtain Is an electrically operated automatic Fire Barrier, to be used to form a Continuous barrier against Fire curtains. Specialized shapes L, U & 4 Sided Rectangular/Square shape Curtain with Galvanized MS Head Box, Powercoated, without intrusive columns at corners, with side guides only at end for L/U shape and outside guides for square or rectangular & with bottom bar with motors for power operated with standard battery backup & operated system fixed into steel rollers with woven glass fibre fabric reinforced with stainless steel wire having micronized aluminium polymer coating on each side of the fabric with single necessary group control panel for multiple Motors. The operation is suitable for dedicated 240 Volts 50 Hz AC Supply. Complete System is in Accordance.
